Here we are in the waiting room. They love their Bonnie!
So I wasn't allowed upstairs as Abbie was getting her teeth cleaned, but the hygienist said she could take a couple pictures with my camera. The best part of the experience was that these pictures turned out SO good. So for that, I am grateful. What I didn't enjoy was pretty much everything else, including the people sitting near us that were talking about their friend or cousin going to prison. With only three pediatric dentists on our insurance plan, it's not looking good for the George girls.
Here's Abbie before they got started. She was so excited to go to the dentists and would say "When he's cleaning my teeth and it starts to tickle, I'm going to tell him he needs to Stop!" I don't know that she actually did that, but I thought it might be a little funny.
Before the "tickling":
All done! Look at those pearly whites!
Now Natalie's check-up was a whole other story... I have no pictures because it took all of about 25 seconds. He laid her head on his knees, peeked in her mouth (didn't touch or ask for any history, mind you) and said "Yep, she's delayed." Now if I see that he charged us a hundred bucks for that, I'm gonna be upset. Thank you Genius. I was wondering if that might be the problem. AARGH. He also thought she was closer to 15 months old and seemed surprised that her first tooth was a molar... Really?! We will not be going back.
